Our vision for food and drink has been to create a destination in Cornwall that blends the traditions of the past with today’s more informal approach to eating out.
Our food style, both in the bar and the restaurant, is modern European cooking, with menus designed to reflect the seasons and the wealth of superb produce available in Cornwall. We are committed to sustainable and responsible food practices and, wherever possible, we work with local producers, farmers and fishermen, supporting the Cornish economy and serving the freshest ingredients.
We keep a range of Cornish ales, lagers and ciders in the Long Bar as well as an extensive wine list. Both are designed to match the modern world with the pleasures and expertise of the past.
