Just as our menus reflect local produce, we aim for our staff to reflect local talent wherever possible. As owners, we can come up with great ideas and a vision for our business but it is our staff that are key to its success. Without them and their hard work, we are unable to deliver the level of quality and service that is expected by our customers.

Cornish people have a way to life that has surrounded the Wellington for many years. We therefore look to recruit local people that know the Wellington and understand what its guests are looking for. We still expect to deliver a quality customer experience and what we may lack in 5 Star Service, we make up for in friendliness and enjoyment.
